I offer individual therapy sessions via a secure, encrypted telehealth platform that allows me to meet you where you’re at.

Clients find this mode of therapy to be effective and flexible, allowing them to minimize barriers such as commute time, making it easier to fit therapy into their lives.

How does it work?

Schedule

After our initial phone consultation, we’ll schedule a day and time that works for you to attend therapy, typically on a weekly or every-other-week basis. Then, you’ll receive an email and/or text reminder for each scheduled appointment to help you keep track. Reminder messages will include a link to each secure, online session and you’ll use that to join via a computer, tablet, or mobile device—your choice.

Set up

Set up your space to ensure privacy and comfort. This might look like silencing notifications, pausing distractions, putting on headphones, or communicating your need for privacy for the next hour to those you live with. You can create a comfy environment with items like a drink, fidgets, blankets, supportive seating, or a box of tissues. Ensure a stable internet connection via your phone's data or internet provider. At the start of the appointment time, simply click the provided link and you’ll enter the session.

Let the healing begin

When you join, we’ll be using live audio and video, so take a moment to make sure that you can hear and see me, and that I can hear and see you, positioned in front of your camera. After that, we’ll begin the session and be on our way.
